Claraxis Group LLC (“Claraxis,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through claraxisgroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you choose to share
We collect personal information only when you give it to us, for example when you:
- Request a brief from the Manufacturing Operations Score. We receive your name, work email, company, and your assessment results, delivered to us by email through our form provider, Formspree.
- Email or call us, including by using the “Request a Claraxis review” or “Email it to Kobe” buttons, which open your own email app with a pre-filled message you can edit before sending.
- Book a Clarity Call through our scheduling tool, Cal.com, which collects the details you enter on the booking form.
Information that stays in your browser
The Manufacturing Operations Score and the Ask Claraxis assistant run entirely in your web browser. Your answers and chat messages are not sent to us or stored on our servers unless you choose to submit the brief form or send us an email.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
- Hosting and security. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. One of our typefaces is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
How we use information
- To prepare and send what you asked for, such as your brief
- To respond to your questions and follow up about our services
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it
- To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to build profiles for third parties.
Service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), form delivery (Formspree), email, and scheduling (Cal.com). They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including New Jersey, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Email kobe@claraxisgroup.com and we’ll respond within the time the law requires.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t send confidential plant data or regulated records through email or web forms.
Children
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
